• Jen Guzman Founded Journey Growth Capital & Advisors in June 2017.  Jen’s background as Founder and CEO of Journey Growth includes nearly 20 years of business experience.  
  • From 2011 to 2015, Jen was CEO and Board Member of Stella & Chewy’s, a leading premium pet food company specializing in freeze-dried and frozen raw pet foods.  Under her leadership, Stella & Chewy’s revenue grew approximately 280%, from approximately $10 million to $38 million, and the Company built a brand with a dominant #1 market share in the U.S. freeze-dried pet food market, and #2 share in the frozen raw pet food market.

  • Prior to joining Stella & Chewy’s, Jen was a private equity investor, most recently at Charterhouse Group, Inc., where she spent nine years and rose to the position of Director.  At Charterhouse, she successfully evaluated, invested in, monitored, supported and guided, and divested of investments in the Consumer and Business Services sectors.  Below are some of the brands Jen has worked with throughout her career:
